Driver for integrating Tholz SmartPool 2nd generation pool controllers, compatible with SmartPool and SmartPool Basic.
It controls the pool heating, filter and lighting, and exposes the auxiliary outputs as lighting and relay connections. The driver automatically adjusts the interface options to the chosen settings.
Installation
- Set up the SmartPool following the manufacturer’s manual, including the lighting type (Mono, RGB, RGBW)
- Install the Tholz SmartPool driver
- Enter the controller IP in the driver (reserve the IP on the DHCP server)
- Check the firmware version and lighting type shown in “Device Light Type”
- Select the controller type in “Device Model”
- Set in “Heating Control” whether heating control will be used and in “External Temperature Sensor” whether there is a temperature sensor
- If needed, add lighting or relay drivers for the project
